Deux showcases Port Harcourt’s Palm View Homes >
ANOTHER private residential estate in the heart of Rumuibekwe, Port Harcourt, Palm View Homes, is set to join the ranks of private housing estates in Nigeria, courtesy of Deux Properties Limited. The project, which upon completion will deliver 28 tastefully designed, housing units, is specifically located at Mangrove Lane, opposite Genesis Fast Food, Rumuibekwe, Port Harcourt. According to the developer, the residential apartment, which is already sold out, though the project is yet to be completed, would be the benchmark for medium scale housing estates in Port Harcourt city. Deux pledges that the estate would be one of Port-Harcourt’s best built residential estates, having flexible house options like carcass, shell or finished unit to match your taste of the buyers. Some of the infrastructure coming with the package are good and quality roads, kiddies playground, individual bore hole water supply for each housing unit, properly-installed, subterranean electrical power grid, centralized/ automated security systems, street lights, maintenance of infrastructure like roads, street lights, drains, green area among others and security in conjunction with local police force. External features in the Palm View Homes include a well-finished façade, paved drive way and dedicated green areas, provision for screening at the Security gate, perimeter fence with concertina wires and efficient drainage system to remove surface runoff and waste water. Expected contruction is estimated at between 20 – 24 months.
