ANOTHER private residential estate in the heart of Rumuibekwe, Port Harcourt, Palm View Homes, is set to join the ranks of private housing estates in Nigeria, courtesy of Deux Properties Limited. The project, which upon completion will deliver 28 tastefully designed, housing units, is specifically located at Mangrove Lane, opposite Genesis Fast Food, Rumuibekwe, Port Harcourt. According to the developer, the residential apartment, which is already sold out, though the project is yet to be completed, would be the benchmark for medium scale housing estates in Port Harcourt city.
