Karen made the revelation via her twitter handle a few hours ago. She had tweeted “I have cancer. Are you guys happy?????” She further revealed that she would be undergoing treatment soon. She said, “I will be undergoing treatment. Lord I commit my life into your hands. When I die, will you be happy then?” Though, Karen did not reveal the type of cancer that she is currently battling with, it is on record that she had previously been treated of the same sickness when lumps were found in her breast before she went for the Big Brother African show in 2011.
